Eclectic and deep, combining fruit and bakery with citric energy. Creamy and dynamic. Excellent with marinated tuna and onions in orange. Brightly straw coloured with fine perlage. A complex bouquet of rye bread, dried fruit and prunes laced with notes of blood orange, cherry and margherita sponge cake. Notes of glazed almond, licorice and white mint amplify its profile. Vertical tasting and creamy, very dynamic with citrus tension. Long coherent finish ranging from pomegranate to mineral.
