Oltrepò Pavese Metodo Classico is the name of the protected designation of origin; Classese is a brand exclusively dedicated to sparkling wines produced according to the rules of Oltrepò Pavese Metodo Classico Docg (Pdo). In one-two years Classese will be the unique name of the Docg.
