Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Millesimè Pas Dosé 2018

A wine of vigorous, deep, powerful character with a slightly austere finish. Excellent with beef meatballs. Deep, lemon yellow with fine perlage. On the nose, notes of gunpowder and slate merge with toasted tones of grilled bread. Fresh hints of lemon zest and lemon balm emerge along with faded acacia flowers, myrtle and thyme. The finish recalls nectarine and toasted almond. Broad, fresh palate with remarkable mineral balance.
