The bouquet blends mineral notes of sandstone and clay with Golden apple, peach, and bergamot, followed by elderflower, hawthorn, and dry hazelnut. Fresh, creamy palate with incisive yet balanced sapidity, full-bodied texture and a long finish returning to fruit and clear minerality.
