Sumptuous bouquet of candied orange, mango, apricot and kumquat with traces of quince and Amalfi lemons followed by notes of apple pie, sugar almonds and toasted hazelnut with hints of toasted bread. Creamy, silky texture, actively saline and perfectly balanced. A rich, mineral, lingering finish.
