Orchestral and powerful, blending fruit and spice in energetic rhythm. Creamy and decisive. Excellent with breast of duck and prunes. Deep pink with copper tinges and fine perlage. Rich bouquet of orange marmalade, chinotto, raspberry, and quince jelly, with hints of cocoa, coffee, and chocolate sponge cake. Touches of rose and citrus fruit emerge, followed by dark spices of juniper and pepper. Creamy, vigorous texture with tannic tension and a solid structure. Mineral, deep finish of graphite and slate.
