The bouquet intertwines aromatic herbs, bitter citrus and spices such as saffron with hints of whole-grain bread, butter biscuits, and dried fruit. The palate is creamy, deep and vibrant, animated by tension and surprising dynamism. Long and complex, it closes on notes of orange, chinotto, and dried plum in an enveloping, persistent finish.
