Taste hints

Balanced and savory, it intertwines crunchy fruit and dark mineral notes. Ideal with grilled cod and red pepper mousse. Bright copper with fine perlage, it offers aromas of chinotto, blood orange and peony with accents of myrtle, rosemary and bay leaf. Notes of quince paste, grenadine, and dried fruit emerge over iodized and vegetal nuances. The palate is creamy and fresh, balanced by salinity and gentle tannin. The play between sweetness and crisp fruit creates a lively rhythm while mineral, bitter tones add depth and elegance to the finish.
