It opens slowly, then reveals juicy fruits and inviting charm. Well-balanced and excellent with beef tartare. Bright topaz with rosy highlights and fine perlage. A bouquet of orange marmalade, candied citrus, and red fruits blending with apple, peach, and raspberry, with floral and herbal hints of myrtle and lentisk.
