Rich and fresh, it combines complexity and creaminess in an elegant, saline sip. Perfect with borlotti bean and mussel soup. Bright yellow with golden highlights and fine perlage, it offers aromas of melon, pink grapefruit and peach, intertwined with sage, incense and frangipani. Toasted notes of hazelnut and almond merge with the sweetness of apple pie and pear dessert, with mineral accents of schist and ash. On the palate it is creamy and voluminous, finely balanced between freshness and sapidity. The long saline finish enhances harmony and persistence.
