Elegant and dynamic, ranging from citrus freshness to creamy sweetness in a vibrant balance. Perfect with John Dory and chanterelles. Pale lemon yellow with elegant bubbles, it offers citrus aromas of bergamot, chinotto and lime enriched by exotic touches of pineapple and papaya. Floral notes of calendula and linden together with apple, pear and apricot over a mineral oyster-shell, iodine backdrop. Hints of lemongrass and butter on brioche close with grace. On the palate it is fresh, savory and indulgent, in lively, thirst-quenching progression.
