Fresh and harmonious, it combines strength and smoothness in elegant, persistent dynamism. Excellent with fragolino fish and celeriac. Lively, light pink with fine perlage, enchanting rose and peony intertwined with pomegranate, currant, strawberry and cherry, together with citrus notes of orange and pink grapefruit. Indulgent hints of caramel-filled choux and chantilly blend with toasted bread and cherry tarts. The sip is fresh, creamy and saline, with poised tension and great balance. Young and dynamic, it finishes on sweet, fragrant echoes of fruit and pastry.
