Taste hints

Elegant and vital, it plays on refined contrasts between freshness and complexity. Perfect with meagre fish with porcini mushrooms and savory zabaglione. Golden yellow with fine perlage, it exudes delicate notes of bread and hazelnuts intertwined with ripe fruits such as pineapple, peach and apricot with touches of citrus fruit, orange and bergamot. Sweet hints of honey and sponge cake merge with mineral accents of limestone and flint. On the palate it is creamy and well-balanced, with energetic acidity and saline tension. The finish is long and harmonious, marked by freshness and refined depth.
