Pale, brilliant gold with dense, continuous perlage, it opens with ripe fruit – banana, apple, pineapple and papaya – wrapped in sweet citrus and vegetal nuances. Toasted and dried-fruit notes intertwine with reminiscences of freshly baked bread and pastry. On the palate it is well-balanced and harmonious with tight texture, fine bubbles and well-measured warmth. Dynamic and persistent, it closes on sweet notes of fruit and spices.
