Taste hints

A sumptuous, complex extra brut that intertwines fruit and pastry sweetness with a noble, rugged touch. Perfect with pigeon à l’orange. Luminous gold with golden highlights and fine perlage, it exudes fragrant pastry tones – sponge cake and panettone – with pralined almonds and hazelnuts. Sweetness of ripe melon, peach and baked apple merges with acacia and chestnut honeys. Citrus sparks of orange and kumquat enliven the profile, while white torrone softens the finish. On the palate, ultra-fine bubbles with perfect balance between structure and creaminess; the aftertaste echoes the sweet bouquet, though a light tannic note adds a little tightness.
