Notes of hay and smoky nuances introduce aromas of apricot and strawberry tart, orange marmalade and pandoro. Blood orange, Fuji apple, mandarin and hints of ginger and pumice follow, enriched by almonds, hazelnuts and liqueur-soaked fruit. The creamy, fresh palate mirrors the bouquet, enhanced by lively salinity and a long, citrus trail of rock salt.
