Fresh and balanced, alternating light and dark tones in a saline, dynamic sip. Excellent with grouper and potatoes. Bright lemon-yellow with fine perlage, it reveals freshness of citron, apple and pomelo intertwined with mineral notes of rock salt and schist. Aromas of Mediterranean herbs – myrtle, junipe, and licorice – blend with sweet touches of honey, almond and vanilla. On the palate, it is voluminous and balanced, between acidity, salinity, and smoothness. It closes on a lively, marine finish with long trails of salt and chinotto.
