Elegant and vibrant, merging fruit and minerality with citrus energy. Long and juicy finish. Perfect with Ibérico ham. Bright, straw yellow with golden tinges and fine perlage. Fresh, deep of citrus – blood orange, pomelo, kumquat – intertwined with apple, peach, and blackcurrant. Mineral notes of schist and flint fuse with tempting tones of citrus savarin and dried almond.
