Rich and fragrant, combining fruit and pastry notes in perfect, mouthwatering harmony. Excellent with Sicilian-style rabbit. Bright golden yellow with ultra-fine perlage, it exudes a syrupy pineapple, mango, and caramelized apple aroma with hints of toffee, sugared almonds and cotton candy. It opens with bright citrus fruit and floral tones of linden and chamomile. It is creamy and savory combining juiciness and mineral tension with a touch of young tannins. Fruitiness is on the palate closing with a fresh, citrus, persistent taste.
