Deep and dynamic, playing on golden fruit and mineral tones with acid energy and rigor. Excellent with glazed tuna and pepper mousse. Bright golden yellow with fine perlage. Full bodied bouquet of nectarine, orange, plum and Fuji apple with traces of chinotto and jujube. Notes of almond and toasted hazelnut blend into nuances of strudel, coco and liquorice with hints of slate and dark bread. Creamy, saline texture, highly dynamic in acid sapidity. Long vibrant finish, slightly tannic.
