A low production but refined vintage: fresh and refined. Elegant and vital. Perfect with red mullet cooked with date tomatoes and pesto. A bright golden colour containing highlights of antique gold with a fine perlage. A fine bouquet of peach, mango and mandarin together with lemon zest, lemon balm and white melon. Blended together with notes of lemon short crust pastry, Chantilly cream and torrone with touches of ginger and toasted bread. Full bodied and mouthwatering, fresh and sapid, a perfect balance between fruit and pastry. A rich, elegant, hazelnut finish.
