On the nose, citrus tart, juniper and bay leaf meld with melon, peach, pear and apple. Notes of apricot, citron and blond orange add sweetness, while ginger and green pepper bring verve. In the mouth, the bubbles create creaminess, sustained by acid-saline freshness and an elegant texture that closes on hints of almond and pastry.
