Discreet yet deep, it interweaves elegance and complexity into a refined, fresh sip. Excellent with cuttlefish gnocchi. Antique pink with fine, elegant perlage, it opens gracefully on freesia, rose and violet intertwined with watermelon, peach and apricot. Then pink grapefruit, chinotto and bergamot appear, with hints of cherry and strawberry. Goji, lavender and iodized mineral nuances add depth, while touches of sandalwood and pipe tobacco enrich the profile. Creamy on the palate, refined and measured, with a slight tannic note balancing citrus freshness for a persistently elegant finish.
