Bright, luminous gold with fine, dense bubbles, it exudes an aroma of creamy, rich pastry and honey, intertwined with toasted hazelnuts and almonds. Aromatic herbs and mineral sensations of chalk and limestone complete an elegant bouquet. On the palate it is energetic yet balanced, with lively acidity and a light salinity that sets the pace. A final tannic veil slightly shortens the finish, leaving a pleasant desire for another sip.
