Fine and elegant, combining freshness and toasted notes in a sip of great balance. Paired with spaghetti dressed with anchovy colatura and almonds. Straw yellow with greenish highlights and fine perlage, it unveils an elegant, sharp bouquet where ripe fruits meet lively citrus such as blood orange and bergamot. Jasmine and linden entwine with toasted hints of dark cocoa and coffee powder, enriched by pound cake and torta paradiso. Balsamic touches of juniper add depth. On the palate it is well-balanced, fresh and well-structured, with a long, consistent finish enhanced by gentle tension.
