Franciacorta Rosé Brut

A resolute, layered rosé that interweaves dark fruit and spices in a saline, well-balanced sip of great coherence. Perfect with Jamón Ibérico. Intense pink with copper glints, luminous with fine perlage, captivating with a dark sweetness of blackberry and blueberry jams, mingled with floral notes of rose and peony. Chinotto, blood orange and grenadine blend with hints of grilled bread, slate and spices such as vanilla and licorice. Well-balanced and vibrant on the palate, enhanced by fine acid-saline tension and an enveloping texture. The long, spicy finish plays on fruity sweetness and mineral touches of rare elegance.
