Intense cherry-pink with coppery highlights, bright and sparkling, with fine, lively bubbles. A bouquet of a symphony of red fruits — black cherry, pomegranate, rhubarb and bergamot — followed by prickly pear, watermelon and strawberry tree. Notes of pink pepper, vanilla and slate blend with nuances of bread crust and Italian custard. On the palate it alternates freshness and structure, delivering a long, vibrant and almost endless sip.
